Returns & Exchanges

Returns for ANY reason are no problem! All programs and products may be returned at customer’s expense for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. All products included must be in new/unopened condition with original internal packaging. If any products are damaged or missing, the item is considered used and not eligible for return. Items must be received within 30 days of initial delivery. We will not accept or issue a refund for returned programs or products received after this 30-day period has elapsed. Please contact us to request a return processing authorization (RPA) number. This number must appear on the return label. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is our fault which will be determined at the time you obtain your RPA number. We recommend shipping with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for the package until we receive the products.
