This plan is for those who are in relatively healthy shape and are willing to take the 70.3-mile challenge. Starting at a modest 7.25 hours/week, our plan will get the triathlon enthusiast ready to finish a great race distance with a giant smile.  This plan starts at 7.25 hours the 1st week, maxing out at 11.5 hours, and averaging 9.8 hours/week.
