This plan is for either the first-time full-distance triathlon competitor ready to claim their status as a "finisher" or for those who have raced this distance before and are happy to push themselves to the limit with repeat successes. This plan will get you ready, get you strong, and get you over that finish line with a grin ear-to-ear. This plan starts at 10 hours the 1st week, maxing out at 16.5 hours, and averaging 12.3 hours/week.

This plan comes as Beginner or Intermediate. If you're planning to train harder and make good times, maybe beat some personal bests, we recommend going for the intermediate plan.
